How long until my items ship?
To create each item, it take's 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS and shipping can take anywhere between 2 - 5 days (for United States orders).
First Class Mail takes 2 - 5 business days, Priority Mail is
1 - 3 business days and Express Mail
All items will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy account.
We want to make sure you receive your items on time and to the correct location, to make this possible, please make sure to check the address listed on your Etsy account to confirm if it's up to date before purchasing.

How is price calculated for shipping?
For our apparel and certain small items we offer free shipping (with options to upgrade if you need sooner. For our mugs, the shipping cost is calculated by destination and the weight of the mug.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because all of our items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you have any issues with your order please reach out to us.
We are a small business and cannot be held liable for stolen, delayed or lost packages.
If your tracking number states your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or police station if you think it may be stolen.
